- Herb Growing – More and more people are growing herbs and microgreens to keep flavor and vitamins front and center. It can be done in small spaces, and fresh greens add a pop of flavor to any meal. Some herbs have calming qualities, like chamomile and lemon balm.
- Simplifying Life – Healthy foods, good friends, exercise and alone time – slowing down and appreciating the things we have. These are hallmarks of wellness for 2022.
- Updated fitness tracking tools – Fitbit will stick around, but the Oura ring, the Honor Band 5 and the Amazfit Bip are making inroads.
- Maintenance – Americans are starting to realize that maintaining the health of your body sometimes means a little body work. Massages, physical therapy, chiropractors, all help keep the instrument in tune.
